These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Ferry & Miles app and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Account and Membership

You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity carried out through it. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Points and Rewards

Earning and redeeming points and membership tiers are subject to the program rules. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be cancelled in the event of misuse or detected error.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not engage in fraudulent transactions or attempts to manipulate the system.
• Do not infringe the rights of others or disrupt the operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content and software relating to the Service belong to Ferry & Miles or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Third-Party Venues

The relevant businesses are responsible for the products and services offered at participating venues. Ferry & Miles is not a party to disputes arising with those businesses.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

10. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes through the app. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For questions, write to [email protected].
